Initiate Request
Log into your Ugaoo account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return or replace within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Assessment
Upload clear photos of the damaged plant or product along with the original packaging to help our experts verify the condition of the shipment.
Pickup and Verification
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for non-living items, while plants may be eligible for an instant replacement without a return.
Refund or Replacement
After the quality check is complete, we will dispatch a fresh replacement or initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
